Hi Pete,
Yes, I do.
This project is near complete, and has been commissioned here at JET.
We have 6 off MAG.DRIVE Digital here.
(I’m not quite sure whether your pump model is exactly the same?)
I haven’t made a public release, to date, but will do so shortly.
NB, see
http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/tech-talk/2015/msg01319.php - ISIS have 2 off the (older) model TD20 Classic.
My software supports both these types.
Cheers,
Peter.
Does anyone have an epics support module for an Oerlikon Leybold MAG.DRIVE iS turbo pump (TURBOVAC MAG W600 iP)?
This is an RS232 (or 485) device so perhaps someone has already written a streamDevice module for it they could share?
Thanks
Pete Leicester
