We've used a few d-tacq ADCs recently, you could use their Zynq based 6 site carrier with 6x 32 channels 16-bit +-10V running up to 1MS/s to give you 192 channels in 1U (plus some DIN rail breakout boards or custom cabling).
EPICS runs onboard, or you can use our areaDetector driver if you want to stream to HDF5 on another Linux box. We've also written a reframing plugin that allows soft post-processing of the data to extract gated or triggered regions of data based on a trigger signal brought into one of the ADC inputs.
Thanks,
Tom Cobb
