This object is compiled from sscanApp/src/scanProg.st which is a state
notation program. From the error I'd guess that the makefile rules for
the state notation compiler (SNC) are not being included for some
reason. The sequencer module is the SNCSEQ entry you'll find in
configure/RELEASE.
