Version 2.8 of the devlib2 pci/vme bus access library is available for
download.  This includes a bug fix for a rather embarrassing bug
involving the mmio access macros (which are now inline functions).

Also, the PCI API now tracks a slot "number", which is currently
populated on Linux.  Thanks to Niklas Claesson for his timely discovery
of how Linux disambiguates duplicate slot numbers.
