motors controlled by the MAXnet.  I incorrectly assumed it had the same
internal filters as the MAXv.  Here is the info I received from OMS on
the subject:

  "The MAXv has a DS14C89 line driver which has internal filters.  The
MAXnet does not utilize the DS14C89 driver."

I'm still waiting for a fix from ACS to add filters to the limit lines
of their SPI-MAXnet-8000.  It is mostly unusable in its default state.
