I do get a core dump in /both/ cases. The problem is that with 3.15 the
output about the crash is suppressed so that I don't immediately see
that I have a crash. (Fixing these crashes is usually quite easy; often
I don't even have to use the debugger because I know what I changed and
have a pretty good idea where to look.)
