Hi Ben, With the fresh installation of R3.15.5 and R3.16.1, it works. It doesn't work with my environment. And I've tested with the same base version with the following modifications:
* BASE patch files * CONFIG_SITE * CONFIG_SITE_ENVMy suspicious stays in INSTALL_LOCATION in CONFIG_SITE. It may be some funny permission issues.
I will investigate them more later and thank you, Ben. I really appreciate your help.

It works well with EPICS BASE 3.16.1, but it doesn't work with BASE 3.15.5, even if 3.15.5 documentation contains this feature. I looked some of BASE configuration files (especially FILE_TYPE) I have the example and dummy repository for this evaluation as follows: https://github.com/jeonghanlee/epics-abc Could you help me to figure out how to resolve them with EPICS 3.15.5?I have tried your example and it works for me with the HEAD of 3.15 branch.
