I think it would be useful to add the link for the 0.13.5 prebuilt to the sequencer documentation.

If there are sites with more recent prebuilts that would be even better.

On the installation notes for the sequencer (http://www-csr.bessy.de/control/SoftDist/sequencer/Installation.html), Ben has noted that re2c 0.9.9 is the
minimum version required, so the documentation is fine.
@Ben: is there an easy way to add a check to the SNL build that would give a more obvious indication?
