Hello everyone.
I have downloaded synApps with
git clone https://github.com/EPICS-synApps/support.git
then executed
./support/assemble_synApps.sh
that cloned everything.
Then, following the instructions in
https://github.com/EPICS-synApps/support#download-the-synapps-modules
and
https://github.com/EPICS-synApps/support/blob/master/README
I edited the configure/RELEASE
and then I ran make
At one point I get this error:

I wonder which "rpc" package is expected.
I have currently installed
net-libs/libtirpc
i.e. the "transport independent RPC library (SunRPC replacement)
