Hi Hugo,

Now I'm doing test in my local pc with IP 10.2.101.36 and the detector is connected in 10.2.103.31. in this case the ioc can't find the detector. We already configured the broadcast, but not has changed.

When I connect the detector in other port (10.2.101.34) the ioc works.

Another important point is that when we connected the detector in beamline network (subnet: 10.2.78.0) and we used the DppMCA Windows program (Running a windows pc on the subnet: 10.2.76.0), the DppMCA recognizes the detector.

Can you provide more information about the IOC server network and also the detector network? (IP, Network Mask, Gateway, etc)...
