Hi Mark,
meanwhile I managed to get it working somehow. I Have to unplug the camera
sometimes after start of the IOC because it gets a message from
PicamAdvanced_DiscoverCameras() that the camera was lost. But besides that
everything seems to work, at least with PICam library version 5.2.1. The newer
version (5.3.3) does not work. It fails to open the camera! I'm in contact
with Princeton Instruments about this issue. It must be some access right not
being set properly for a device file on my system. By The way, I noticed some
minor mistakes in the driver(Missing parameters, asynPrint parameters missing,
wrong error message etc.). I will send in a patch once the code has proven to
work.
Regards,
Jörn
