Subject:	EPICS utilities on Ubuntu 18.04

Dear all,

I recently upgraded my Ubuntu installation from 16.04 LTS to 18.04 LTS online using update suggestion by the system.

After the update my EPICS installation is working fine and I am able to run previously made IOCs.

But my other EPICS utilities like CSS and VisulaDCT are not getting launched.

I even tried downloading their fresh copies, but even they are not working.

Has anyone faced a similar issue and found a solution ?
