Redhat 6.5 can certainly be used, though you may be missing some optional package you need to install.

I discard redhat 6.5 and change to Ubantu 18.04.1. I think that's all because of the redhat version is too old......

Hi,
Currently I am trying to make connection to PLC following this steps:

https://epics.anl.gov/modules/soft/asyn/
It requests to install asyndriver before using S7nodave. However, I am facing the problem while installing asyndriver. Please see output blow.

Could you help to take a look on it? I do not know how to figure it out and google it without a useful result.
