I don't know of any UV GigE cameras that are currently being used with areaDetector.

Any camera that says it is GigE Vision compliant should work with the areaDetector aravisGigE driver on Linux.

Hi,

Here at APS, we are looking for a UV camera to support one of our use cases.

As of now, we do not have specific requirements on the camera itself.

It would be nice if it is Ethernet based, and even better if there is an EPICS support.

Any suggestion on the hardware and software?
