Subject: EPICS Collaboration Meeting June 2019 at ITER

Dear Tech-Talkers,

ITER will be hosting the Spring EPICS Collaboration Meeting in June 2019. The meeting will take place June 03 - June 07 2019 at the ITER site in Cadarache, 45 km north-east of Aix-en-Provence, France.

Monday June 03 will feature workshops and working group meetings, followed by the three-day main meeting Tuesday June 04 to Thursday June 06 and another day of workshops and training sessions on Friday June 07. A guided tour to the construction site and a social event are being planned.

Accommodation is foreseen to be in Aix-en-Provence; transportation to and from the venue during the week will be provided.
Provence in June is a very nice place to be. Consider adding private days if your travel regulations allow.

A straw man meeting web site has been set up at
(courtesy of CERN).
All further announcements will be made here on tech-talk and on the EPICS web site.
Ideas for workshops, trainings and technical tracks (sessions) are very welcome.
