Hi Mark,

  Thunderbird has

  * "Reply List" to reply it to tech-talk@aps.anl.gov.
  * "Reply" to reply to you
  * "Reply All" to reply to you and tech-talk


  I added my ess email account into tech-talk to figure out what a 
problem is now. From this email, I can check what it will be.
  I will let you know after my test.
