Hi Ralph, Thanks for catching this. As far as I can tell, nobody is currently maintaining SCA and it could be deprecated.
However, if you want to retain the link for purely historical interest it could be changed from

The links for the "Simple Channel Access (SCA)" library (originating from LBNL and ALS) have been dead for a long time, Google does not find anything except publications older than 10 years.
If there is a current maintainer, please speak up and tell us where to link to. Otherwise the links on the Extensions list of the EPICS web site will be removed.
