Hello,

 

Help please on 2 EPICS website [1] issues. 1) I have registered with the site but for a week now the site tells me that it is waiting on an administrator to approve me. My first question is, how long does this process usually take? 2) My second question is, is anyone aware of a reason why the “Contact Us” form on the website fails to submit a request for contact with the error message, “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” I have received this error now every time I have tried since earlier last week.
