Partially answering my own question: I found that EDM is also referenced
at

  https://epics-controls.org/resources-and-support/extensions/

which links to

  https://controlssoftware.sns.ornl.gov/edm/

Maybe that should be considered the official website?

If so, the EDM link at

  https://epics.anl.gov/extensions/

should probably be updated to point to it instead.

However, on

  https://controlssoftware.sns.ornl.gov/edm/

The "EDM Details" link is still to

  https://controlssoftware.sns.ornl.gov/edm/

which has the same problems noted in my initial email.

The "EDM Source Code" link at

  https://controlssoftware.sns.ornl.gov/edm/

links to that GitHub repo too, so it's probably right. My question
still stands, though, about why the repo doesn't include a link to
the EDM website as is customary on GitHub for any project that has a
website.

Lewis
