Looking at this page (https://controlssoftware.sns.ornl.gov/css_phoebus/) ...
Local (non sysAdmin) install of OpenJDK is easy and quick.
Download/unzip of phoebus-*.zip is easy and quick.
Edit of the phoebus.{sh,bat} is easy and can be automated with sed.
How will a conda package for this be useful?

Hi everyone,
I wanted to know if anyone has developed or is working on developing Conda recipes or is publishing packages for installing Phoebus.
