Hi Han,

We (IHEP, Beijing) was supposed to host the Spring Meeting, but has suspended the preparation since February. We have been asking the Council for possible alternatives, but so far no conclusion. From last week's IPAC online meeting, I personally think the form of pre-recorded talks plus live discussion has pros and cons: good think is one can watch the talks at any time, not so good is the live discussion part didn't go well possibly due to quite different time zones. For live online meeting, it is probably not feasible for all-day meeting for a couple of days. The connection stability is simply not that good for a long time.

At this moment, we are also waiting for the EPICS Council's decision.

  I am wondering about the EPICS spring meeting today. Does anyone know about it?  Online meeting through zoom, meet, youtube, facebook, or whatever? Does the EPICS Council have any plan for them?
