Hi Jalal,
I believe you are free to register code that runs before iocInit that calls dbLoadRecords (see IOC hooks registration [1]). I don't know if that can be done after iocInit, probably not?

Is there a way to load a new database record
file after `iocInit` without restarting the IOC? or even adding records at runtime?
