We already have IOCs using the modbus device support here.

According to this discussion the Siemens ET 200SP can be used with Modbus TCP:

That means you should be able to talk to it with the EPICS modbus module:

Hey all,

for our vacuum system, we have brought a Siemens ET 200SP with Profinet
interface.
Does anyone already have a device support for such a PLC?
