Hi Everyone,

My name is Maria Almaz, I am part of the Telescope Services competence management team.   

We are now looking for EPICS specialists.

Position in Sweden.
We will take care about documents for the person and his\her family + relocation and will help to find apt as well.  

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and definition of requirements for different control systems
  • Architecture and design of control system components
  • Implementation and test of control system components
  • Maintenance, support, and improvements of delivered components
  • Quality control and regulatory compliance of deliverables

Requirements:

  • BSc in Engineering Physics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience from EPICS integration,  (Control system integration).  
  • Experience and knowledge of EPICS IOC development
  • Experience and knowledge of EPICS database development
  • Experience and knowledge of HMI/OPI development  
  • Experience from working in an international environment  
  • Good communication oral and written English skills
