Dear Tang-san,

We are using Yokogawa WE7000 series via ethernet with EPICS at J-PARC Main Ring.

We are using 4 different WE7000 models, i.e., WE400, WE500, WE800, and
WE900. As far as I know, our device support treats those models in the
same way. Unfortunately, a couple of years ago, the one who developed
and maintained the device support left our site. Since then it is
working 'as is' basis, but we still have access to the source code.

So, could you please describe the symptom a bit more in detail?

Best regards,
Shuei
