Sorry, I missed that. I have fixed the Makefile to be the same as ADPilatus, and now envPaths is created. I pushed to Github.

Hi Mark,
this is the line that is the problem. The envPaths file is not generated! So the IOC can noot be run. It will not find all the settings files.
