Hi all,
internally, all our archiver appliances are accessible via http-protocol and pbraw-URLs are mapped to 'http' protocol hardcoded in e.g. the phoebus/DataBrowser.
For many years, we provided external access for data-retrieval to these through a simple http reverse proxy.
My problem is, that now our official reverse-proxy server will only provide SSL-secured access via https-links - which is absolutely understandable, but breaks data access for now.
Is there already a way (or workaround or plan) to enable access via https-protocol?
Probably something like 'pbraw
s' as the protocol specifier?
The same problem exists for accessing old ChannelArchiver ArchiveDataServer and xnds-URLs, but I can see, that noone really wants to put effort into this anymore...
All the best and stay healthy,
Thomas
