Hello,
I am starting a new project without any legacy issues.
Here I can choose a DM/Gui tool from the various available
I have identified some points on which I may narrow down.

1) EPICS PV /Alarm etc support
2) Rich and extendable library of widgets
3) Support for scripting
4) Provision to interface third party tools and scripting support for Archive, Alarm handler etc
5) Under active development and long term support

Based on these points I could identify CSS, Phoebus, Epics QT, pyDM. React Automation Studio
I am not able to get proper documentation (apart from Phoebus, CSS) and use cases.

I have used Phoebus, and it is trouble free to build and execute, support for archiving, sequencing and alarm handling is superb. I have not tried out the archive appliance interface.
I am curious as to how discontinuation of JAVAFX by Oracle is going to affect it?? Is there any future development roadmap?

pyDM is a recent development.Epics QT and React Automation Studio seems good. however there is a few objective documentation/ user manuals for them.

I will be grateful if anyone can list out the comparison for the above mentioned tools/GUI/DM

Regards,
Kuldeep
