on my system (SuSE Leap 15.3) a package libtirpc-devel contained the missing file.

Hi,

    I met some question when install the alh extension.

   

    The error was:   no  “rpc/rpc.h”  file  when install alh.  

    I use cenots 8 64, base7.0.6 and ALH downloaded from alh/documentation at master · epics-extensions/alh (github.com), it might be 

 

    I think it might be the libtripc, but i could not find how to modify it.
