This is the script trying to stop an earlier instance of Tomcat and not finding any; which is expected.

This is an incompatible java version; the JDK you are using is older that what the EPICS archiver appliance distribution was compiled with. Do a "java -version" to check what version you have. Perhaps you can try to use the most recent JDK; most VM's are usually backwards compatible.
