Hey Lin,

the PSI Elog uses a simple HTTP-Request API.

You can see here how it works:

I have ported this API to Java for the Phoebus Elog Client implementation:
https://github.com/ControlSystemStudio/phoebus/blob/master/app/logbook/elog/src/main/java/org/phoebus/elog/api/ElogApi.java
