The build cannot find “libungif.so” which was part of giflib on CentOS 7 but not any more on Rocky Linux. Even the github repo https://github.com/mirrorer/giflib <https://github.com/mirrorer/giflib> shows nothing related to libungif and the SourceForge repo is empty https://sourceforge.net/projects/libungif/ <https://sourceforge.net/projects/libungif/> .
