Dear community,
At PSI we have several open positions for new colleagues, as well as vacancies that are not yet advertised.
Today I'd like to highlight our open position for Group Leadership for the Group for Integration and Support for Large Research Facilities, i.e. machine side support and integration. It's an interesting role mixing leadership with technical tasks and stakeholder
management.
If you want to explore leadership, but keep a foot in the technical field, this might be something for you:
The official closing day is in a couple of days, but don't hesitate to get in touch and we can arrange to get your application in afterwards as well.
We're looking for driven people with a can-do attitude, who don't wait to be called upon but take a proactive stance. You like software, you like hardware, you like to solve problems and you take ownership of them. Stakeholder satisfaction is important
to you, as is collaboration and knowledge sharing. You're not afraid of letting others review your work and you like to continuously improve your way of working. You have ideas for your own leadership and values that you base your leadership on.
In the pipeline are also other group leader positions (GL+ADC support, GL+software/infrastructure work), as well as other positions later on. Even if you're not looking right now - get in touch if this is something that might interest you in the next
couple of months/upcoming year.
