That is why for a long time I had no configure in StreamDevice but rather
expected people to run makeBaseApp.pl to get their own correct settings. But
some people insisted on adding configure. Thus. now you get my configure/RELEASE
and have to change it to fit your situation, as with most other modules.
Probably every module uses a different EPICS_BASE location and it is pure luck
if that fits your settings.
