Populating combo list with comma-separated values in CSS

Hi all,

 

This may be a very far-fetched question, but I was wondering if it is possible to have the items in a combination list be populated with comma-separated values from a stringin record.

 

Suppose, I have a stringin record that holds the following value: apple,orange,grape. Is there a straightforward way so that the items in a combination box are listed as apple, orange, and grape?
