something wrong when run xspress3 autocalibration

Hi,

    I have one question about the calibration of xspress3.

    We used the linux pc of the verder.

    epics and IOC run well,  we could collect data using IOC. So the hardware should be good.

 

    When we try to use calibration process of verder, we could not get any data.

    we clicked "Xspress 3" in  Applications---Accessories,  then firefox started and link to 192.168.1.30:5000/#calib. ( The calibration file was send to  /etc/xspress3/calibration/settings.)

    But it could not get any data after collect data.

    we try to update/downgrade xspress3-autocalib, it did not work.

 

    So could someone tell me what is the problem.

    And if we did not use the calibration way of verder( i mean the firefox program), how could we do the calibration using other way?
