P4P/PVXS repository moves

All,

This week several of my git repositories will be migrating
into the epics-base github organization (https ://github.com/epics-base/).

* https ://github.com/mdavidaver/p4p
* https ://github.com/mdavidaver/pvxs
* https ://github.com/mdavidaver/epicscorelibs
* https ://github.com/mdavidaver/setuptools_dso

This should be an automated and minimally disruptive process, with the
exception of the github pages for documentation.  Manual intervention
will be needed to make the old URLs redirect to the new.

So there will be some times in the coming week where documentation links
under https ://mdavidsaver.github.io/... will return a 404.  If you
encounter this, you might try the equivalent
https ://epics-base.github.io/... .  Or just wait and try back later.
