Review of submission for new QuadEM

I submitted a pull request on the quadEM repo to support a new electrometer.  The URL I get from Github is

https://github.com/epics-modules/quadEM/pulls

Is there anyone here who can look at it?  I am somewhat worried about the updates of the averaged reading, but I don’t know if the problem was user error on my part.
