EPICS Archiver compatibility w/Debian 12, Tomcat 10

Hello Murali,

Are there any plans in the forseeable future for an implementation of 
the Archiver Appliance featuring compatibility with Tomcat 10?
For the site specific installs, we saw that Han mentions Debian 12 here,
