Phoebus Alarm Server

Hi,

I am encountering a critical issue with PV connectivity while using the Phoebus Alarm Server alongside a local EPICS IOC. Both the EPICS IOC and phoebus run on the local device.

EPICS IOC Verification:

Target PV: TEST:CAT1/test:ai1

EPICS_CA_SERVER_PORT=6310. 

The IOC can run normally and obtain the PV value.

I set the parameters in the setting.ini in alarm-server as follows:

In alarm-server/settings.ini:

org.phoebus.pv.ca/addr_list= 127.0.0.1:6310 org.phoebus.pv.ca/auto_addr_list=false

When you run alarm-server, the following error message is displayed:

2025-04-07 20:26:10 WARNING [org.phoebus.applications.alarm] /Accelerator/xiaomin/TEST:CAT1/test:ai1 connection timed out

When running phoebus, the interface is in the attachment.

Any patches or workarounds for this issue?
