Call for Abstracts: EPICS Collaboration Meeting at ICALEPCS '25

Dear EPICS Collaborators,

The next EPICS Collaboration Meeting will be held as a 1-day satellite workshop in the ICALEPCS 2025 conference, and will take place on Saturday, September 20th at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, Illinois.

We now invite those planning to attend to submit talks for the meeting. Please note that we cannot accommodate remote attendees or presenters; all participants must register for the workshop through ICALEPCS and attend in person.

We will have sessions for

• 5-minute lightning talks (with no Q&A): Share highlights of papers or posters submitted to the main ICALEPCS conference, or present any other short EPICS-related topic.
• 15-minute standard talks (plus 5 minutes for Q&A): Longer EPICS-related presentations, which should not duplicate submissions made to ICALEPCS.

Submitters of standard talks may request a longer time slot if extra time becomes available by including a note in your submission comments explaining why your talk deserves it.

The abstract submission deadline is September 1st, 2025.
