How have you implemented the Modbus slave code in the IOC?  That is responsible for the delay.  Put some debugging messages with timestamps in your Modbus slave code.

but 

when I use drvAsynIPPortConfigure, make ioc as a modbus master, it response  timely, less than 0.1 s

 

The question is：

can drvAsynIPServerPortConfigure 's response be quickly？
