motor R7-4 released

Release 7-4 of the motor module is now available.

R7-4 includes updated versions of many of the driver submodules.

The source code on the release page contains only the source code from the motor module.  The motor-7-4 archives contain the source code from the motor module as well as all of the driver submodules.

It is likely there will be a R7-4-1 bugfix release as minor issues are found in this release.  This will be the last motor release that supports EPICS base 3.15.

The next significant release of motor will be R8-0, which will almost certainly only work with EPICS base 7.0 or later.  The plan is for R8-0 to finally support 64-bit raw positions in the motor record, thus eliminating the need to resort to workarounds using the RDBL field.
