You can turn on POSIX priorities for your IOC.

Under that regime, the faster SCAN threads have higher priority and keep the desired timing.

To properly support this in the Asyn layer, you should also set your faster records to a higher PRIO. This will put them in separate port level queue, so they don't get stuck behind the low-priority slow records.
