EPICS Qt 4.1.7 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Hi EPICS Qt users,

I'm happy to announce that EPICS Qt 4.1.7 is now available.

The new release tag is r4.1.7

The most significant changes for this release is the introduction of the lit:// and env:// protocols

to provide literal value and environment variable "PV"s, and also to provide an indication

if/when a PV has a mis-aligned time stamp.
