Our RGAs are controlled via MKS "Process Eye" software.
This sits on a PC and can control a number of RGA heads.
MKS have adapted this for us so we can access and control
the system via a serial line between the PC and an IOC.
This uses a simple protocol which we dive vie Stream Device.
