Experimental Physics and
Industrial Control System

This is a minor bugfix release, except for a change in the build rules,
which are now installed into cfg/RULES_SNCSEQ. This allows to install
the sequencer into a common directory together with EPICS base and other
modules, which eases packaging for Debian.
