Hi Andrew,

- Should we make usage of the EPICS mantis a small topic at the core
  meeting in two weeks?

- Should we also make it a topic in the Collab. meeting, aka announce
  and advertise is as a tool for the community? Or is it too early?
  (We could decide this at the core meeting.)

- Should bug reports during base development be placed in the according
  project - but closed by the reporter, as opposed to bug reports in
  released versions that are just resolved and closed at the time of
  next shipping (by whom?)?? (Which is how I understand you want the
  system to be used.)
  Or should EPICS base development be a separate project? I'm not sure.
