Why hasn't this been failing on the R3.14 branch then? The code in
src/dbStatic is identical, as is src/libCom/misc/cantProceed.c which
dbCatString() calls to do its memory allocation.
I am going to be replacing the doToMenuH file with a Perl script soon so this
isn't worth spending much time on, but your failure is a mystery to me.
