Launchpad is pretty slow, taking maybe half an hour or so, creating a branch
here. I'm suspecting that this is related to the LANL firewall - see message
below. Any suggestions?

Got a 200 response when asking for multiple ranges, does your server at
proxyout.lanl.gov:8080 support range requests?
